Charge the controllers with the included USB Type-C charger until the indicator light is solid red.
Step 2
Place the controllers into the strap pockets and position them over the treatment area. Adjust the strap for a secure fit.
Step 3
Press the power button to begin therapy. Each session automatically runs for 30 minutes.
